1. Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events using tools like Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, or Calendly.
2. Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Email Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails efficiently with platforms like Gmail, Outlook, or Zoho Mail.
4. Data Management: Maintain and organize records and databases using tools such as Salesforce, Airtable, or Microsoft Access.
5. Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items using tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Asana.
6. Project Coordination: Assist with project timelines and tasks using project management software like Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
7. Expense Reporting: Track and submit expense reports using software like Expensify or QuickBooks.
8. Communication Support: Draft correspondence and manage communication channels using tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
9. File Management: Organize and maintain digital files using tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint.
Skills Needed: Proficiency in the listed software, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and adaptability to new technologies.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification, knowledge of accounting software
